Shipping policy

We ship throughout the United States. Standard shipping is free on orders over $150; for orders under $150, standard rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it to your door; delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Once a package leaves our hands and is in the carrier's care, Lily & Taylor cannot be responsible for shipments delayed, lost, or stolen in transit. If tracking shows delivered but your order hasn't arrived, please file a claim with the carrier and call us at 212-564-5459 so we can help.
